In the weird pandemic summer of 2020 we started a little coffee shop in Milan, we made it our home and we grew our community. One day we started dreaming bigger and by the end of 2021 we opened our own micro roastery.

We source and roast single origin specialty coffees only, meaning we never blend them; always focusing on ethics, sustainability and traceability. That means we are always searching for better solutions to make our products have less impact on the environment and on the people working in the coffee industry.

We only buy fresh, seasonal crop directly from the producers and from trusted importers that share our values and can convey fully transparent information on the respective coffee farm collaboration; helping farmers achieve more value by paying a fair price and therefore supports the production of this product that we love so much.

For us coffee is a passion and most of all an experience to share with others.

Our approach is simple, we roast in order to enhance the full potential of what’s inherent in each particular coffee already.

We strive to provide the best coffee experiences for your home, your business or wherever coffee is needed. This is why we search for sweet, clean, complex and aromatic beans, and roast them lightly in order to enhance the full potential of what’s inherent in each particular coffee already.

Our offer list is constantly evolving, due to the organically mutating nature of green coffee, which allows us to explore and discover new micro lots that each producer country has to offer.
However, thanks to established relationships with some farmers, few varieties are often available.

We roast twice a week (Tuesday and Wednesday) in order to fulfill new orders exclusively on-demand; and ship directly the next day. Each coffee is roasted with its own roast profile and every roasted batch undergoes a number of quality checks; it goes without saying: we always try to improve our roasting profiles!
